The Last Wagon
My heart has been filled as we had the opportunity to listen to the Lord's servants this weekend. Oh how much love was shared. I could just feel it. They are called of God. Every time they speak, I can just feel it. I imagine them spending every waking moment looking for revelation on how they can uplift us & help us as we receive our personal revelation. On their knees often drawn out in prayer, thinking of us. & the Holy Ghost has been sent & filled their minds with all the words we need. I love general conference & I hope you all were able to listen & recognize the answers to your prayers.
We are in the last wagon. The bridegroom cometh & we must abide the day. We want to see Jesus & oh how much he loves us. He wants us to come back, there is a place for each one of us. Don't be the weakling. You can add strength to your chain!!! Let your light so shine & Christ will magnify your effort. He wants us all in a kingdom forever, with Him. So keep your covenants. The blessings will always come. This gospel is the safety. We will see all His sacred purposes fulfilled. It will go across the world. We must dig deep to find the rock. It will be a lifetime of seeking Him. Your children are watching, listening, & learning. Faith is a source of strength. A simple prayer. A scripture in the morning. Remember Him, He never fails to remember us. Create moments to recognize the spirit. Stand in holy places & with holy people. Testify of holy truths & listen to the Holy Spirit. Be patient. God sees our needs. You are His child. Turn to Him, pray to Him. Our Father in Heaven is perfect & loving. Every fiber of my soul knows it is true. We are to pray to know. The Lord needs you. I promise. Our relationship continues after this life. Do your very best, He will say "well done my good & faithful servant." Always remember the worth of a soul. We will never regret being too kind. Be humble. Go to the tree & wait at the tree. Stay on your knees until it becomes mighty. There could not be a happier people. How blessed were they! We are living in perilous times. The heavens opened to a boy. He was prepared. We must prepare ourselves a day at a time. Jesus will invite us to walk with Him. He will meet us where we are & how we are. You can walk with Him. Stay on the covenant path. Take upon you the name of Christ. Come boldly. It is not too late, ever. Your return is awaited. It will not be easy. We will rejoice in joy. But do not look beyond the mark. You will need constant companionship of the Holy Ghost. Look no further. Always focus on Jesus Christ. Hold your peace. Do not sit on the sidelines. Choose Jesus. His love is spoken here. We are children of God. We must think celestial. Take the long view. Expect to encounter opposition but don't question your testimony. Your heart will gradually change.
It brings hope, joy, & peace. God is speaking to us. The heavens are opened still. I just know it.
Our messages weren't sending to Isabel. She got baptized last week & we decided to just go pass by her house. She wasn't there but her dad & sister were. They told us that Isabel's phone got robbed & so that's why she hadn't been responding. So we planned a day we could come back. When we did, we talked about following Jesus. Melody, her sweet 9 year old sister came to Isabel's baptism. We invited her to be baptized. Her face lit up & she said yes. Then her eyes started to fill with tears. It was the cutest thing. She has such a desire. We are so happy.
It had been quite difficult for us to be able to meet in person with our friend Adriana. She is young & gets busy. Last week, she finally told us a day & a time. So we went, & we talked about forgiveness. She had been having a hard time forgiving some people in her life. She is special. She is part of a part member family. She has had a desire to be baptized for quite some time now, just can't seem to get there. We talked with her about baptism again. The spirit was strong. We told her to take this question with her to conference. We told her that the date we have been praying about is October 14th. We told her to pray about it & her answer will be in the conference. We jokingly told her that her date would be said by someone. So she agreed. Hermana Hoopes & I were walking to the church on Saturday to start the first session. We were talking about how someone is going to say they have a kid who's 14 & one who is 10. It was in the 4th talk & he said exactly that. I called it out & we were just shocked. This talk went on to talk about being the valiant one in your testimony & that these decisions impact the future. It was a perfect talk for her. We got her answer & we hope that she recognized it.
Mormon 8:22 "For the eternal purposes of the Lord shall roll on, until all his promises shall be fulfilled."
The Lord is doing His work. It is all around us. I can see so much of it every single day. I feel so blessed. He is fulfilling His promises, one by one. Just as He always has. He knows you. He loves you.
As do I love you & pray for you. Each & every day.
With all my heart,
Hermana Morley <3
